About the Role
We’re looking for a part time Office and Employee Experience manager to join us at Intelligo!
Our office is located in Ramat Gan, next to the train station.
What You'll Do
Lead the day-to-day administrative activity of the company to ensure smooth operations.
Manage all office logistics and vendors (Kitchen, IT, office supplies, parking, etc.)
Administer the full lifecycle of the employee experience, from seamless onboarding to thoughtful offboarding.
Own the planning and execution of the company wellbeing activities (happy hours, events, SWAG, etc.) together with HR.
Support recruitment efforts as needed.
What it Takes:
2+ years of experience as an office manager in a Hi-tech company.
Ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders at different levels.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Service-oriented, positive, proactive, quick thinker, and solution-focused attitude.
Discretely handle sensitive and confidential information and interactions.
Knowledge of Google apps (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), Excel.
English – High-level verbal and writing – A must.
Hebrew - a high level of fluency required.
